    A confidential channel to contribute to a fair and transparent working environment.

    Biglia Serramenti S.r.l. voluntarily adopts an internal reporting channel in line with the principles of Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023 and EU Directive 2019/1937, as an expression of its commitment to transparency, corporate ethics and legality.

    Although, given the current number of employees, whistleblowing legislation is not mandatory for our company, we consider it essential to offer all individuals who interact with Biglia Serramenti a secure, confidential and accessible tool for reporting any irregularities.

    Who can report

    The channel is open to:

    • Employees and collaborators of Biglia Serramenti S.r.l.
    • Self-employed workers, consultants and suppliers who work with the company.
    • Candidates who have taken part in personnel selection processes.
    • Former employees.
    • Anyone who becomes aware of improper conduct in the context of their relationship with the company.

    What can be reported

    Violations of laws, regulations or company policies may be reported, including:

    • Fraud, corruption, extortion or unlawful conduct.
    • Violations of workplace health and safety or environmental regulations.
    • Violations of privacy and data protection regulations (GDPR).
    • Discriminatory behaviour or bullying.
    • Undisclosed conflicts of interest.
    • Accounting, tax or administrative irregularities.
    • Any other conduct contrary to the company's ethical values and policies.

    Guarantees for the reporter

    Biglia Serramenti S.r.l. guarantees:

    • Absolute confidentiality: the reporter's identity is protected and will not be disclosed without explicit consent, except where required by law.
    • The option to report completely anonymously via the dedicated form.
    • Prohibition of retaliation: no retaliatory measures (dismissal, demotion, harassment, discrimination) will be taken against anyone who reports in good faith.
    • Protection also extends to individuals who assist or support the reporter.

    Reports made in bad faith, that are false or made with defamatory intent are not protected and may result in disciplinary and legal consequences.

      Complete the form below. You may choose to provide your details or remain completely anonymous. The report is transmitted securely and encrypted directly to the Reporting Officer.

      This mailbox is accessible exclusively to the Reporting Officer and is not monitored by any other company personnel.

    The Reporting Officer ensures the confidential handling of every report and undertakes to provide a response within 30 days of receipt, where a reply address has been provided.

    Personal data processing

    Personal data provided in the report is processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023. The Data Controller is Biglia Serramenti S.r.l., represented by Gianni Biglia. Data is processed exclusively for the purpose of managing the report and retained for the time strictly necessary.     In the case of anonymous reports, no identifying data is collected.
